1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, platforms, and community spaces operated by Ronin Esports ("Ronin," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, community members, players, content creators, and any other individuals who access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for unauthorized purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

Harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate against, or intimidate other users
Use hate speech, slurs, or language intended to demean others based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics

Engage in cheating, exploiting, hacking, or any form of unfair play in competitive events
Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access our services without authorization
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other user accounts
Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
Use our services for commercial purposes without prior written consent
Collect or harvest personal information of other users without consent

5. Competitive Events and Tournaments

5.1 Participation

Participation in Ronin-organized or Ronin-affiliated competitive events is subject to these Terms as well as any additional rules, regulations, or guidelines specific to each event. By registering for or participating in an event, you agree to abide by all applicable rules.

5.2 Fair Play

All participants are expected to compete with integrity. The following are strictly prohibited during competitive events:

Use of cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
Match-fixing, collusion, or intentional underperformance
Account sharing or playing on another player's account
Unsportsmanlike conduct, including excessive toxicity or harassment
Violating the terms of service of the game being played

5.3 Prizes and Payouts

Prize distribution for competitive events will be handled according to the specific event rules. Ronin Esports reserves the right to withhold prizes from participants who violate these Terms or event-specific rules. Prize recipients may be required to provide additional information for verification and tax purposes.

5.4 Disqualification

Ronin Esports reserves the right to disqualify any participant from events for violations of these Terms, event rules, or fair play standards. Disqualification decisions are made at our sole discretion and may include forfeiture of prizes and suspension from future events.

6. Player and Creator Contracts

Players and content creators who enter into formal agreements with Ronin Esports are subject to the terms of their individual contracts in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an individual contract, the individual contract shall take precedence with respect to the specific subject matter covered.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, branding, designs, and software, is the property of Ronin Esports or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7.2 Trademarks

The Ronin Esports name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ronin Esports. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.

7.3 User Content

By submitting, posting, or displaying content through our services (including but not limited to Discord messages, forum posts, and social media interactions), you grant Ronin Esports a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services and promotional activities.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

8. Community Guidelines

Our community spaces, including our Discord server, are subject to community guidelines that may be updated from time to time. These guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations of community guidelines may result in warnings, muting, temporary bans, or permanent removal from our community spaces.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to Discord, Epic Games, Twitch, YouTube, and various social media platforms. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Ronin Esports is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ronin Esports disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through our services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ronin Esports and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
